
Produce co-op is every other week, and I never know what I'm going to get. Last week we had oven Parmesan sweet potatoes, eggplant Parmesan, and guacamole dip (Which I discovered Jeff had never tried. "It's green." But he liked it.).
I've always used yellow or red onions. What is the difference in white onions?
We've already eaten some of the strawberries and blueberries. It's definitely guacamole time again. Yum!
